Our Own Production: Varieties of Natural Molasses

We boil our molasses in our village in Denizli using the communal "imece" method together with Ayşe and the village women. No chemical processes are applied, just fruit essence and traditional methods.

🍇 Grape Molasses – Prepared with dark grapes harvested from our garden. Dark-colored, thick consistency.
🌿 Mulberry and Black Mulberry Molasses – From fresh fruit, additive-free and no added sugar. Especially ideal for children.
🌲 Pine Cone Molasses – Made from freshly harvested pine cones. Intensely aromatic, soothing for the throat.
🌰 Carob Molasses – An energy-boosting, immune-supporting natural sweetener alternative.

All our molasses are our own production, containing no additives, preservatives, or glucose. We boil them slowly over a wood fire using real fruit.

We produce them to add health to your tables while preserving their naturalness.

We Grind in Stone Mills, Preserving Naturalness

At Sofya’nın Arka Bahçesi, we select local sesame seeds, grind them in stone mills, and turn them into tahini without using additives. We offer our tahini both raw and roasted.

🍶 Raw Tahini – Sesame seeds are ground without roasting; it is lighter and has a higher nutritional value.
🍶 Roasted Tahini – Sesame seeds are lightly roasted and ground; it is more intensely aromatic and thicker.

None of our tahini contains preservatives, additives, or refined oils. There is only traditional production made with patience and sesame seeds.
