True Olive Oil Flavor: From Hatay to Your Table

As Sofya’nın Arka Bahçesi, we want to offer you not just a product, but a true olive oil experience. We produce our olive oil in our own olive groves in Hatay, using manual labor and entirely natural methods. We handle every stage of production ourselves; we source our olives from farmers we personally know, press them using the cold press method, and package them without any additives.

Our olive oil is premium extra virgin olive oil and has a low acidity level (0.43). This means a taste that is both healthy and smooth on the palate, without that sharp burn.

We have two different varieties:

🌿 Ripe Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Ideal for those seeking a softer and fruitier taste. Preferred especially by those who want to use it in cooking and frying.

🌿 Early Harvest Olive Oil – The olives are harvested before they are fully ripe. This gives it a more intense, aromatic, and slightly peppery taste. Perfect for salads, breakfasts, and raw consumption.

Our olive oil contains no additives, refining processes, or chemical preservatives. It reaches your table entirely natural and directly from the producer.
