At Sofya’nın Arka Bahçesi, we have captured the summer sun within our vegetables. We dried all of our produce in our village in Denizli, using traditional, completely natural sun-drying methods together with Ayşe Abla and the village women. No ovens, no additives, no coloring... Just fresh air, sunshine, and village labor.

🍅 Sun-Dried Tomatoes – We sliced seasonal tomatoes, salted them, and sun-dried them. Perfect for salads, pasta, and breakfast.
🌸 Dried Okra – Strung on thread, trimmed, and selected in small sizes. A natural and practical choice, especially for those who love okra stew.
🥣 Dried Vegetable Stew Pack – A mix of dried vegetables such as eggplant, peppers, green beans, and zucchini. Ready for your vegetable stew recipes.
🍆 Sliced Dried Eggplant – Not for stuffing; chopped and ready for frying or cooking in dishes. Also goes great in sautés.

All our dried products are homemade, additive-free, and 100% natural.
