We source our olives from villagers who harvest them with care, prepare them using natural methods, and deliver them to you without any added preservatives.

All are prepared using traditional methods, cracked in stone mills, or naturally fermented. No dyes, no acidity regulators… Just olives, salt, and patience.

Cold-pressed, low acidity (0.43), bottled as premium quality extra virgin olive oil.
Both early harvest and mature harvest options are available.
