We don’t see olives as just a product sold on a grocery store shelf, but as a symbol of hard work and naturalness, just as they are when picked from the branch. We grow our olives in our own orchards in Hatay, using traditional methods without chemicals. No polishers, no preservatives… Just nature, soil, patience, and love.

Every harvest season, we hand-pick our olives and sort them by variety. Some are cracked, some are dry-cured with salt, and some are grilled. But all of them meet you at home with a taste worthy of your table.

🌿 Our cracked olives are individually cracked with a stone, then cured in salted water to remove the bitterness. Neither sour nor bitter… Perfectly balanced.
🌿 Natural black olives and dry-cured olives are prepared only with salt, with no additives at all.
🌿 Large Kalamata (or "donkey olives" as we call them), with their meaty and plump texture, are a true flavor bomb.
🌿 Ash-cured olives are a special variety prepared by rubbing them with wood ash; they are unique to Hatay, and those who know, know.
🌿 Grilled olives are a wonderful alternative for those who love a subtle smoky taste; they make a real difference on a meze platter.
